Overview

At Chappelli Cycles, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and completely free of charge. We ship exclusively to the United Kingdom and the United States. Every order qualifies for free standard shipping with no minimum purchase required and no promotional code needed.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries only:

  • United Kingdom — England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland
  • United States — all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or any destinations outside the UK and USA at this time.


Delivery Timeframes

Handling Time: 1–2 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Transit Time: 3–5 business days from the date your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Total Delivery Time: 4–7 business days from the date of your order.

Shipping Cost: FREE on all orders. No minimum spend required.

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM local time on a business day qualify for same-day processing.

Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding UK and US public holidays.


UK Fulfilment

All UK orders are fulfilled directly from our dedicated UK warehouse, ensuring fast, local delivery for our British customers with no customs delays, no import charges, and no complications.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your parcel in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for your tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. If you have not received your tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at infos@chappelli.com.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday only.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
  • A dispatch notification with full tracking details will be sent once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
  • Processing times may be slightly extended during peak periods such as sales events or public holidays.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect delivery timelines. These include carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, customs inspections for USA orders, or high-volume periods. Chappelli Cycles is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or events outside our reasonable control.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at infos@chappelli.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.


Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered accurately at the time of checkout. Chappelli Cycles cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at infos@chappelli.com. We will do our best to correct it before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once processing has begun.


Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking information shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and any safe locations around your property. If you are still unable to locate your parcel, contact us at infos@chappelli.com within 7 days of the tracked delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
