By placing an order with Chappelli Cycles, you confirm and warrant that:

4. Products & Availability

All products displayed on our website are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right at any time to discontinue, modify, or remove any product from sale without prior notice, limit quantities available for purchase, and decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in colour or appearance due to differences in screen settings. We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions are accurate, but we do not warrant that they are entirely error-free.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the relevant currency for your region — Great British Pounds (GBP £) for UK customers and US Dollars (USD $) for US customers. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected orders and issue a full refund.

Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us. A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you a written order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund within 10 business days.

Payment in full is required at the time of placing your order. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods as displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Title to, and risk of loss in, goods passes to you upon delivery to your confirmed delivery address.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Chappelli Cycles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to affect your statutory rights as a consumer. UK customers have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. US customers have rights under applicable federal and state consumer protection laws.

For customers in the United Kingdom, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. For customers in the United States, these Terms are governed by applicable US federal law and the laws of the state in which you reside.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
